During construction, we hold standing site meetings, document milestones, and perform multi-point quality checks at foundation, framing, mechanical rough-ins, insulation, and finish stages. Closeout includes thorough punch lists, orientation, comprehensive warranty documentation, and post-occupancy check-ins.
